1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Process

Await confirmation and return instructions from our team.

Send the item to the designated return address at your own cost (unless due to error or defect).

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days, credited back via your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, damaged product).
5. Exchanges

We allow size exchanges depending on availability. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the buyer.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for swift resolution.
