1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The buyer must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

  • Returns are also accepted if:

    • The item received is not as described or does not match the product image shown on the website.

    • The product has different features, color, logos, or design details than what was displayed at the time of order.

  • In such cases, please include photo evidence for verification.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Clearance/sale items

  • Pre-order products unless defective

  • Worn or damaged items due to customer misuse

3. Return Process

  2. Await confirmation and return instructions from our team.

  3. Send the item to the designated return address at your own cost (unless due to error or defect).

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days, credited back via your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, damaged product).

5. Exchanges

  • We allow size exchanges depending on availability. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the buyer.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for swift resolution.
